STEMapalooza is a party for International Day of Women and Girls in Science on February 11! Explore the main floor galleries, enjoy thrilling hands-on science activities, and meet amazing local women in STEM.

Spark imagination and curiosity in Tech Tinkerers, where campers will take apart, build, and experiment with a variety of tech-inspired tools and activities. From simple circuits and gadgets to creative problem-solving challenges, it’s the perfect camp for kids who love to tinker!

These full day camps are geared towards campers who have completed Kindergarten and will be attending either Grade 1 or Grade 2 in the fall of 2026 (born in 2019 or 2020). In addition to themed camp activities, campers will explore the galleries, see an IMAX film, experience a star show in the Zeidler Dome Theatre, and watch a live science demonstration.

Wild Wonders is an exciting nature-focused camp where campers will immerse themselves in the beauty of the natural world. Campers may get a microscopic look at plants and animals and learn how they can be a champion to nature in their own backyard.

Join Little Foot and her elephant family as they brave the harsh Namib Desert in Southwest Africa and embark on a journey to an oasis that remains green even through the toughest times. The resilience and familial strength of this species will leave viewers with an inspiring example of survival, adaptation and renewed hope. In the southwest corner of Africa, the Namib Desert — one of the driest places on Earth — is an unexpected haven for a few extraordinary creatures, including the largest land mammals on the planet — desert elephants. These elephants, once more than a million strong, have dwindled to a few hundred; despite this, hope lives on through an elephant calf named Little Foot, the newest member of a family of grazers. This is a TWO-Day Camp

Wild Wonders is an exciting nature-focused camp where campers will immerse themselves in the beauty of the natural world. Campers may get a microscopic look at plants and animals and learn how they can be a champion to nature in their own backyard.

*Campers must be prepared with proper winter gear to go outside each day, weather permitting. Campers will go outside if the temperature stays above -23 degrees Celsius. If it is too cold, alternative indoor activities will replace outdoor ones.
