Lasting Impressions is a fully immersive 3D art and music experience that brings to life more than 100 of the world’s most famous French Impressionist masterworks. Audiences will experience the transformation of these masterpiece paintings as they come alive through cutting-edge 3D Motion Sculpting technology, inviting viewers to move into and through the canvas, thus fully inhabiting the worlds created by Monet, Degas, Van Gogh, Renoir, Pissarro, Seurat, Gauguin, Manet, Cezanne and others. As the paintings leap off the giant screen in stunning stereoscopy, audiences will sit with Renoir’s luncheon guests, dance with Degas’ ballerinas, float over Monet’s water lilies and soar into Van Gogh’s Starry Night, while rediscovering the emotional power of art. More than a feast for the eyes, Lasting Impressions is a delight for the ears as well with the masterworks of Debussy, Ravel and other composers, as well as French standards by Edith Piaf, Charles Aznavour and Nana Mouskouri, perfectly timed to the art as it comes to life on screen.

Meerkats 3D takes students into the world of a family of meerkats as they cope with challenges of life in Africa s Kalahari Desert.  Follow Klinky and her pups as they discover that the strength of the tiny meerkat lies in the unique solidarity of the clan, which comes in handy for both hunting and protection. This tale of strength, survival, family and FUN will delight your students as they are immersed in the lives of these amazing creatures and their natural environment.  Their adorable looks belie a strength of purpose and innate intelligence that will amaze audiences of all ages.

Backyard Wilderness will surprise and entertain viewers with the unexpected wonders of nature that are right under our noses - in our own backyards. Spanning a seasonal year around a suburban home, the film displays a stunning array of unique wildlife images and behavior - all captured by cameras mounted inside dens and nests, and moving along the forest floor and pond bottom, to reveal its inhabitants in rare and breathtaking intimacy.

LIGHTS UP. VOLUME DOWN. FAMILY-FRIENDLY FOR ALL AGES.

• The film is shown in 2D, no special glasses required.
• The quality of the film is intact, theater light levels are brighter and volume is turned down.
• You are welcome to come and go as you wish throughout the performance. A relaxation zone is available in the IMAX lobby if you need a break.
• The Purple Pear will be open for concession snacks.
• Movie Lovers may bring their assistive devices* and personal food items.
• Everyone is welcome to attend these screenings with the understanding that the theater is shush-free  and there may be a certain amount of sound and movement in the audience.
• Those individuals who have a support person to accompany them can present a valid Access 2 Card and receive free admission for their support person.
