Jr. Scientists (Grade 3-4)

Curiosity and creativity come alive through hands-on STEAM exploration in Jr. Scientists. Campers will dive into exciting experiments and discoveries across science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics, building a lasting love of learning.

These camps are geared toward campers who will be attending either Grade 3 or Grade 4 in the fall of 2026 (born in 2017 or 2018). In addition to themed camp activities, campers will explore the galleries, see an IMAX film, experience a star show in the Zeidler Dome Theatre, and watch a live science demonstration.

Megabytes Coding (Grades 5-7)

This unique summer camp experience is a deep dive into the world of coding, allowing campers to explore various technology topics. From video game development to robotics programming, campers will embark on a coding adventure that combines education with fun.

These full day camps are geared towards campers who have completed Kindergarten and will be attending either Grade 5, 6 or 7 in the fall of 2026 (born in 2014, 2015 or 2016). In addition to themed camp activities, campers will explore the galleries, see an IMAX film, experience a star show in the Zeidler Dome Theatre, and watch a live science demonstration.

This camp is for everyone! No previous coding experience needed!

Misery (1990)

After a serious car crash, novelist Paul Sheldon (James Caan) is rescued by former nurse Annie Wilkes (Kathy Bates), who claims to be his biggest fan. Science Tots - Sunday Sessions

The love of science starts early! Join us for an 8 week class full of engaging science for young children in a supportive and exploratory environment. Through storybooks, songs, hands-on activities, and full-body play we will learn about the science that surrounds us while strengthening science literacy and motor skills. Children and their caregivers will play and learn together as they discover dinosaurs, explore nature, blast-off to outer space, and more!

Highlights:

Each week is themed around a different science concept including: engineering, dinosaurs, colours, health, animals, and more!

Each class concludes with ample time for free play exploration with our themed science experiences

Science Tots includes access to our galleries so you and your child can play in CuriousCITY or watch a Zeidler Dome show after class

The sessions on Sundays and Wednesdays are the same. Please do not register your tot for both days. When registering for a Sunday session, you must select a time, and then remain in the same time throughout the sessions.

For Members registering their tot, please use the name of ONE adult on the membership to book a spot. You will be prompted later for the name of the tot as the registrant.

Do I have to attend the class with my child?

Yes. Each child must be accompanied by an adult. Please do not bring unregistered siblings to the class. However, infants under 12 months old are welcome to join with their older sibling and caregiver if needed.

What is the cancellation policy?

To request a refund for cancellation of the registered program, please send a written email request at least 21 days before the program's start date. Refunds or transfers will not be provided if the notice is given less than 21 days before the program's start date. Please note that a $15 administration fee will be deducted from all refunds. In this supportive, girls-only environment, campers will explore exciting STEAM topics through engaging experiments, creative challenges, and collaborative projects. From engineering and coding to fun scientific investigations, STEAM Girls helps young innovators build confidence, spark curiosity, and have a blast learning together.

Science Camp Leaders in Training

Registrants must be 13 years old by July 1, 2026, to participate in this program.

Are you a young individual between the ages of 13 and 17, who is interested in science and looking to discover your potential as a future leader? If so, our Science Camp Leaders in Training program is the perfect opportunity for you!

The Science Camp Leaders in Training program is designed to empower and educate young individuals while working in a safe and supported environment. Participants will gain valuable knowledge and skills while exploring science topics and working with children in summer camps that will benefit their personal growth and prepare them to excel in future leadership roles. Develop skills, meet new people, and have fun in science camps!

Join us for another week at Level 2!

After completing Leaders in Training Level 1, participants will unlock additional opportunities for growth and learning. Acting as a role model for peers and camp children, Level 2 Leaders will showcase an understanding of their own leadership potential. In Level 2, participants will also practice science communication and presentation techniques. Discover the traits that make you a great leader and put new skills to the test as you enjoy the fun of science camps!

For Level 2, register in this course as well, and our team will put you in the correct group/level.
