The Science Centre is putting adults in the spotlight and giving you the chance to play your way through 'Stardust: The Universe in You'. A cosmic journey awaits you as you explore the connections between the stars, the Earth, and YOU. Take your time to grab a drink, explore this incredible feature exhibition, and even sit down with a board game!

Your ticket to Sip & Science: Cosmos includes access to the 'Stardust: The Universe in You' exhibition, to the'Health Zone' gallery and to a live "The Sky Tonight" show in the Zeidler Dome Theater.

Laser Pink Floyd (The Wall)

This must-see evening laser show combines the rockin' sound of Pink Floyd and an amazing laser light show that dances across the Zeidler Dome Theatre!

Playlists may vary between performances.

Please note: Laser shows and the pre-show showcase contains a sequence of flashing lights which may affect viewers who are susceptible to photo sensitive epilepsy or other photo sensitivities.

These full day camps are geared towards campers who have completed Kindergarten and will be attending either Grade 1 or Grade 2 in the fall of 2025 (born in 2018 or 2019). In addition to themed camp activities, campers will explore the galleries, see an IMAX film, experience a star show in the Zeidler Dome Theatre, and watch a live science demonstration.

Cool Creators is designed for creative campers going into grades one and two who love to express themselves artistically. Campers in Cool Creators will explore the intersection of art and science through the investigation of color, medium, and scale. Utilizing the creative design process, campers will discover science from a different perspective.

Wild Wonders is an exciting nature-focused camp where campers going into grades one and two will be immersed in the beauty of the natural world. Throughout the week, they will explore their surrounding environment, collecting samples to observe with scientific tools, deepening their understanding of nature’s hidden wonders. To top off the experience, they’ll work together to build a bee or insect hotel, contributing to local biodiversity while learning about important pollinators and ecosystems.

Jr Scientists (Grade 3-4)

Join Jr. Scientists camp, where young explorers going into grades three and four will ignite their curiosity, creativity, and passion for the fascinating world of STEAM! This camp offers an engaging and hands-on experience that nurtures budding scientists and fosters a love for learning. Campers will dive into a multitude of STEAM disciplines, where they will embark on exciting experiments and discoveries that span the realms of science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics.

In Eager Engineers, we inspire campers going into grades three and four to become the engineers of the future. From flying devices to roller coasters, bridges, and Rube Goldberg machines, our campers will experience engineering in all its dynamic and creative glory.

Dinosaurs of Antarctica 2D

The first original large-format dinosaur film in over a decade, Dinosaurs of Antarctica will introduce audiences to the amazing and bizarre prehistoric creatures that inhabited Antarctic forests and swamps hundreds of millions of years ago. With major support provided by the National Science Foundation, the film follows a team of paleoecologists on a quest to understand the southern continent's profound transformation, from a warm and bio-diverse Mesozoic to the frozen desert we know today.

Megabytes Coding (Grades 5-7)

These camps are geared towards campers who will be attending Grade 5, 6, or 7 in the fall of 2025 (born in 2013, 2014, or 2015). In addition to themed camp activities, campers will explore the galleries, see an IMAX film, experience a star show in the Zeidler Dome Theatre, and watch a live science demonstration.

Megabytes Coding camp is an exciting and immersive coding and robotics camp designed for students going into Grades 5, 6 or 7. This unique summer camp experience is a deep dive into the fascinating world of coding and robotics, offering campers the opportunity to explore a wide array of cutting-edge technology topics both on- and off-screen. From video game development and artificial intelligence to robotics programming, campers will embark on a coding adventure that combines education with fun.

This camp is for everyone! No previous coding experience needed!
