Prototypers invites campers in Grades 5 - 7 to imagine, design, and build unusual engineering creations through hands-on experimentation and problem-solving. From quirky machines and structural challenges to playful invention tests, campers explore how things work by building, testing, and improving their own prototypes. Engineering takes the lead, with a light introduction to robotics as an added way to experiment with movement, sensors, and simple automation.

In addition to themed camp activities, campers will explore the galleries, see an IMAX film, experience a star show in the Zeidler Dome Theatre, and watch a live science demonstration.

Edmonton's largest food and drink laboratory returns! Curious Kids camp is specially designed for curious minds going into Grades 1 and 2! Campers will try a little bit of everything, uncovering the wonders of the natural world, delving into the mysteries of chemistry, programming robots, and engaging in thrilling building challenges.

These full day camps are geared towards campers who have completed Kindergarten and will be attending either Grade 1 or Grade 2 in the fall of 2026 (born in 2019 or 2020). In addition to themed camp activities, campers will explore the galleries, see an IMAX film, experience a star show in the Zeidler Dome Theatre, and watch a live science demonstration.

Get ready for a paws-itively unforgettable show! Dogs in the Dome brings professionally trained pups to the Zeidler Dome for jaw-dropping stunts, hilarious tricks, audience participation, and plenty of tail-wagging surprises.

This limited-run show is included with Science Centre General Admission and complimentary for Members, but seating is limited. Reserve your seats when purchasing admission for one of the select show dates during checkout.
