In the quest to make human spaceflight accessible within in a decade, not a century, and ultimately affordable to ordinary citizens, leading innovators, entrepreneurs, engineers, and daredevils are locked in a race into the unknown. From self-assembling habitats, commercial space stations, launching rockets without fuel to building the Lunar Gateway to deep space, history is in the making as we speak.

Space: The New Frontier captures a time as epic as the Giant Screen, and as real as our present moment. Come aboard: life on earth or in space will not be the same again.

Please Note:

The film is shown in 2D, no special glasses required.

The quality of the film is intact, theater light levels are brighter and volume is turned down.

You are welcome to come and go as you wish throughout the performance. A relaxation zone is available in the IMAX lobby if you need a break.

Movie Lovers may bring their assistive devices* and personal food items.

Everyone is welcome to attend these screenings with the understanding that the theater is shush-free and there may be a certain amount of sound and movement in the audience.

Those individuals who have a support person to accompany them can present a valid Access 2 Card and receive free admission for their support person.

These full day camps are geared towards campers who have completed Kindergarten and will be attending either Grade 1 or Grade 2 in the fall of 2025 (born in 2018 or 2019). In addition to themed camp activities, campers will explore the galleries, see an IMAX film, experience a star show in the Zeidler Dome Theatre, and watch a live science demonstration.

Introduce your budding young technologist to the world of coding and robotics in Sprite-Sized Coders camp. Designed for campers going into grades one and two, this camp offers a playful and engaging introduction to coding and computational thinking. Campers will embark on a journey of digital discovery, where they'll learn the basics of coding through both on- and off-screen game sand other hands-on projects. They'll design and build their own simple video game and program robots to tackle exciting challenges.

Raoul Duke (Johnny Depp) and his attorney Dr. Gonzo (Benicio del Toro) drive a red convertible across the Mojave desert to Las Vegas with a suitcase full of drugs to cover a motorcycle race. As their consumption of drugs increases at an alarming rate, the stoned duo trash their hotel room and fear legal repercussions. Duke begins to drive back to L.A., but after an odd run-in with a cop (Gary Busey), he returns to Sin City and continues his wild drug binge.

This must-see evening laser show combines the rockin' sound of Pink Floyd and an amazing laser light show that dances across the Zeidler Dome Theatre!

Mighty Makers is for the campers who love to build, test, and demolish. Campers in this camp will get to take part in thrilling building challenges, create imaginative contraptions, and test their durability.

Mighty Makers is a haven for young minds going into grades one and two who are passionate about creating, building, and exploring the world of engineering! Campers will use awesome tools and their boundless imaginations to design, build, test, demolish, and build again. From constructing tall towers to participating in LEGO building challenges, this camp is an engineering wonderland.

Alcohol was used across a range of different social and cultural contexts by the Greeks and Romans. At this talk, you will learn how (and why) it was brewed, consumed, and used in the ancient world!

Take a journey to the rainforest where you have a bug's eye view of a caterpillar and a praying mantis, along with many other creepy crawlies.  Your students will be amazed by this giant bug experience, looking at the different insect species and how they interact.

Campers in Cool Creators will explore the intersection of art and science. Through color, art, and the design process, campers will discover science from a different perspective. Cool Creators is for curious campers who love to express themselves artistically.

Stoner Dale Denton's (Seth Rogen) enjoyment of a rare strain of marijuana may prove fatal when he drops his roach in a panic after witnessing a murder. Wild Wonders is an exciting nature-focused camp where campers going into grades one and two will be immersed in the beauty of the natural world. Throughout the week, they will explore their surrounding environment, collecting samples to observe with scientific tools, deepening their understanding of nature’s hidden wonders. To top off the experience, they’ll work together to build a bee or insect hotel, contributing to local biodiversity while learning about important pollinators and ecosystems.
