Join an immersive IMAX® adventure to experience the life-saving superpowers and extraordinary bravery of some of the world's most remarkable dogs.

  • The film is shown in 2D, no special glasses required.
  • The quality of the film is intact, theater light levels are brighter and volume is turned down.
  • You are welcome to come and go as you wish throughout the performance. A relaxation zone is available in the IMAX lobby if you need a break.
  • The Purple Pear will be open for concession snacks.
  • Movie Lovers may bring their assistive devices* and personal food items.
  • Everyone is welcome to attend these screenings with the understanding that the theater is shush-free  and there may be a certain amount of sound and movement in the audience.
  • Those individuals who have a support person to accompany them can present a valid Access 2 Card and receive free admission for their support person.

Eco Explorers (Grade 3-4)

Campers in Eco Explorers will investigate urban ecosystems and uncover how animals and plants adapt to city life. Through engaging activities and fun outdoor exploration, they'll learn how their actions impact the environment and what they can do to help protect it.

These camps are geared toward campers who will be attending either Grade 3 or Grade 4 in the fall of 2026 (born in 2017 or 2018). In addition to themed camp activities, campers will explore the galleries, see an IMAX film, experience a star show in the Zeidler Dome Theatre, and watch a live science demonstration.

The Thing (1982)

In remote Antarctica, a group of American research scientists are disturbed at their base camp by a helicopter shooting at a sled dog. When they take in the dog, it brutally attacks both human beings and canines in the camp and they discover that the beast can assume the shape of its victims. A resourceful helicopter pilot (Kurt Russell) and the camp doctor (Richard Dysart) lead the camp crew in a desperate, gory battle against the vicious creature before it picks them all off, one by one.

Speed Racer (2008) IMAX Re-Release

Born into a family business of race cars, Speed Racer is one of the track's hot stars. Sitting at the wheel of his Mach 5, he consistently deflates the competition. When Speed turns down an offer from the head of Royalton Industries, he uncovers a secret. Powerful moguls fix the races to boost profits. Hoping to beat the executive, Speed enters the same arduous cross-country race that killed his brother.

Eager Engineers invites campers to design, build, and test exciting engineering creations. From flying devices and bridges to roller coasters and Rube Goldberg machines, every project brings engineering to life through hands-on creativity and problem-solving.

Prisoners (2013)

Keller Dover (Hugh Jackman) faces a parent's worst nightmare when his 6-year-old daughter, Anna, and her friend go missing. The only lead is an old motorhome that had been parked on their street. The head of the investigation, Detective Loki (Jake Gyllenhaal), arrests the driver (Paul Dano), but a lack of evidence forces Loki to release his only suspect. Dover, knowing that his daughter's life is at stake, decides that he has no choice but to take matters into his own hands.

Zodiac (2007)

In the late 1960s and 1970s, fear grips the city of San Francisco as a serial killer called Zodiac stalks its residents. Investigators (Mark Ruffalo, Anthony Edwards) and reporters (Jake Gyllenhaal, Robert Downey Jr.) become obsessed with learning the killer's identity and bringing him to justice. Meanwhile, Zodiac claims victim after victim and taunts the authorities with cryptic messages, cyphers and menacing phone calls.

 

Interstellar: The IMAX Experience

In Earth's future, a global crop blight and second Dust Bowl are slowly rendering the planet uninhabitable. Professor Brand (Michael Caine), a brilliant NASA physicist, is working on plans to save mankind by transporting Earth's population to a new home via a wormhole. But first, Brand must send former NASA pilot Cooper (Matthew McConaughey) and a team of researchers through the wormhole and across the galaxy to find out which of three planets could be mankind's new home.

This unique summer camp experience is a deep dive into the world of coding, allowing campers to explore various technology topics. From video game development to robotics programming, campers will embark on a coding adventure that combines education with fun.

These full day camps are geared towards campers who have completed Kindergarten and will be attending either Grade 5, 6 or 7 in the fall of 2026 (born in 2014, 2015 or 2016). In addition to themed camp activities, campers will explore the galleries, see an IMAX film, experience a star show in the Zeidler Dome Theatre, and watch a live science demonstration.

This camp is for everyone! No previous coding experience needed!

Brainiacs (Grades 5-7)

Don't miss this action-packed camp where young scientists investigate everything from physics and chemistry to biology and engineering through interactive experiments and challenges. Brainiacs encourages campers to ask big questions, explore how the world works, and think like true innovators while having tons of fun!

Discover, create, and innovate in STEAM Girls, a hands-on science and technology camp designed just for girls entering Grades 5, 6 and 7! In this supportive, girls-only environment, campers will explore exciting STEAM topics through engaging experiments, creative challenges, and collaborative projects. From engineering and coding to fun scientific investigations, STEAM Girls helps young innovators build confidence, spark curiosity, and have a blast learning together.

Science Camp Leaders in Training

Registrants must be 13 years old by July 1, 2026, to participate in this program.

Are you a young individual between the ages of 13 and 17, who is interested in science and looking to discover your potential as a future leader? If so, our Science Camp Leaders in Training program is the perfect opportunity for you!

The Science Camp Leaders in Training program is designed to empower and educate young individuals while working in a safe and supported environment. Participants will gain valuable knowledge and skills while exploring science topics and working with children in summer camps that will benefit their personal growth and prepare them to excel in future leadership roles. Develop skills, meet new people, and have fun in science camps!

Join us for another week at Level 2!

After completing Leaders in Training Level 1, participants will unlock additional opportunities for growth and learning. Acting as a role model for peers and camp children, Level 2 Leaders will showcase an understanding of their own leadership potential. In Level 2, participants will also practice science communication and presentation techniques. Discover the traits that make you a great leader and put new skills to the test as you enjoy the fun of science camps!
