Admission is an all-day pass, please check building hours before making your purchase.

Includes all permanent galleries, science demonstrations, and Zeidler Dome shows. This does not include all Feature galleries.

Experience the extraordinary way a dog sees, hears, and smells the world through fun and unique hands-on exhibits in this 9,000-square-foot exhibition for humans. From lovable companions to loyal protectors, dogs evolved from ancient wolves into the cuddly canines that live and work alongside us today. Unearth the science beneath our enduring bond and dig deeper into these incredible animals. You will never look at dogs the same way again!

Cool Creators (Grades 1-2)

This is a THREE-DAY PD Day Camp.

Campers in Cool Creators will explore the intersection of art and science. Through color, art, and the design process, campers will discover science from a different perspective. Cool Creators is for curious campers who love to express themselves artistically.

Tremors (1990)

Repairmen Val McKee (Kevin Bacon) and Earl Bassett (Fred Ward) are tired of their dull lives in the small desert town of Perfection, Nev. But just as the two try to skip town, they happen upon a series of mysterious deaths and a concerned seismologist (Finn Carter) studying unnatural readings below the ground. With the help of an eccentric couple (Reba McEntire, Michael Gross), the group fights for survival against giant, worm-like monsters hungry for human flesh.

Join an immersive IMAX® adventure to experience the life-saving superpowers and extraordinary bravery of some of the world's most remarkable dogs.

  • The film is shown in 2D, no special glasses required.
  • The quality of the film is intact, theater light levels are brighter and volume is turned down.
  • You are welcome to come and go as you wish throughout the performance. A relaxation zone is available in the IMAX lobby if you need a break.
  • The Purple Pear will be open for concession snacks.
  • Movie Lovers may bring their assistive devices* and personal food items.
  • Everyone is welcome to attend these screenings with the understanding that the theater is shush-free  and there may be a certain amount of sound and movement in the audience.
  • Those individuals who have a support person to accompany them can present a valid Access 2 Card and receive free admission for their support person.
  • *No other electronics, please. Remember, this is a sensory-friendly screening.

 

The Mummy (1999)

The Mummy is a rousing, suspenseful and horrifying epic about an expedition of treasure-seeking explorers in the Sahara Desert in 1925. Stumbling upon an ancient tomb, the hunters unwittingly set loose a 3,000-year-old legacy of terror, which is embodied in the vengeful reincarnation of an Egyptian priest who had been sentenced to an eternity as one of the living dead.

The Fifth Element (1997)

Galaxy Quest (1999)

The stars of a 1970s sci-fi show - now scraping a living through re-runs and sci-fi conventions - are beamed aboard an alien spacecraft. Believing the cast's heroic on-screen dramas are historical documents of real-life adventures, the band of aliens turn to the ailing celebrities for help in theirquest to overcome the oppressive regime in their solar system.

 

The Thing (1982)

In remote Antarctica, a group of American research scientists are disturbed at their base camp by a helicopter shooting at a sled dog. When they take in the dog, it brutally attacks both human beings and canines in the camp and they discover that the beast can assume the shape of its victims. A resourceful helicopter pilot (Kurt Russell) and the camp doctor (Richard Dysart) lead the camp crew in a desperate, gory battle against the vicious creature before it picks them all off, one by one.
