Set in a cutting-edge high-performance training facility, this unique experience allowed participants to immerse themselves in four informative presentations. Attendees had the opportunity to rotate between sessions, each featuring in-depth discussions and interactive Q&A segments. Topics covered included the intricacies of high-performance training, the mental aspects of sports psychology, the role of statistics in player performance, and the impact of kinesiology on athletic movements.
